Error messages
Should you see an error message when completing the claim form, it may be that some of your details are incomplete. All boxes which are yellow require information and those without are optional. If you do not enter your information in a yellow box an error will be highlighted in red. You will also see an error message if we are unable to give you a quote for any reason. If this occurs please call us on 0800 954 97 57 so we can quote you over the phone.

Not enough time to make payment – our guaranteed premium is valid for 30 days.
If you get a quote from duck2water car insurance but don't have time to make a payment - don't worry.

Your quote is guaranteed for 30 days. When you return, simply input your quote reference number, your date of birth and postcode and your quote details will be retrieved. You can then buy your policy online and all your car insurance documents can be printed off there and then or we can send you the documents by first class mail.

Payment over the phone – ‘save and call’

Our website is secure, but if you feel happier paying for your insurance over the telephone all you have to do is call us on 0800 954 97 57 and quote your guaranteed premium policy number.
