Car and bike show will be a classic day out
Classic car and bike lovers can expect a fantastic day out at this year's London Classic Car and Bike Show at Alexandra Palace.
Sponsored by motor insurance firm Carole Nash, the event takes place on 18th and 19th March 2006 and has a host of exciting features and exhibits that are guaranteed to attract visitors from all over the world.
On show will be shining examples of automobile history, including a 1948 Chevrolet Fleetmaster Convertible, a 1963 Austin Healey Mk11A and a 1986 Jaguar XJS Cabriolet. Those more into motorbikes will be delighted to see a Yamaha H1500 Replica, a Suzuki SB125 and a Trident Triton make an appearance.
In addition to gazing at classic cars and bikes, visitors to the show can hunt through numerous autojumble and trade stands in search of everything they'll ever need to restore their classic car. There will also be an auction of unique and unusual collectables, a valuation service and stands featuring bike and car insurance providers.
The highlight of the show is a classic car convoy, which will include thousands of vintage models cruising through the streets of London on their way to Alexandra Palace. So if you own a classic car, give it a bit of spit and polish, get a cheap car insurance deal from an online provider and roll on down to the show on the 18th and 19th of March.
