Honda offer revolutionary car insurance deal
Car giant Honda has announced a revolutionary car insurance deal for new buyers.
The Japanese manufacturer is offering all buyers of a brand new Honda Civic free car insurance for a week, allowing them to buy and then driveaway instantly.
The offer, which is likely to soon become standard practice for the majority of car companies, means that customers no longer need to decide on an annual insurance policy after they’ve decided to buy the car, but can drive home and search for a cheap car insurance deal at their leisure.
Honda is hoping the offer will increase sales of the new Civic, banking on customers being more likely to buy if they can drive away from the showroom immediately in their new purchase. The whole processcan take only a matter of minutes, with a car insurance cover note being emailed direct to the dealer, making the new buyer instantly entitled to drive.
The deal, entitled Honda 7-Day Driveaway, offers market-leading levels of protection and is available to all customers who hold a full, valid UK driving licence and are not disqualified from driving.
In addition to allowing instant cover, Honda’s offer means that new buyers do not haveto rush into purchasing a motor insurance policy, but can surf the net and find a cheap car insurance deal that suits them.
