Cheap car insurance company sponsors business awards

The well-known cheap car insurance company Admiral is sponsoring the 2007 Western Business Mail Awards.

It is not the first time that Cardiff-based Admiral has been associated with the awards, as it has been on the receiving end more than once.

The first time was in 1999, when it won "Welsh Company of the Year" for its motor insurance services. Its success was repeated in 2005, when it was again given the prestigious "Welsh Company of the Year" award.

The chief executive of Admiral has also received a personal award for his role in the cheap car insurance company's success, and he was named "Business Achiever" in 2002.

He commented: "These awards are an excellent opportunity to highlight your own success and also a chance to compare yourself with your peers. Winning is an incredible thrill."
