Bodyguards drive star 14 metres across street

Finding the cheapest car insurance may be a whole lot easier if you have an entourage of two people carriers full of bodyguards and several personal assistants to help transport you safely over the space of a few metres as Beyoncé Knowles has.

The singer made her journey from the Mandarin Oriental Hotel to Harvey Nichols department store just 14 metres down the road.

A crowd of fans and photographers congregated outside the hotel expecting to chase the entourage across London in order to get a glimpse of the 27-year-old singing sensation.

The star spent a total of just 20 minutes inside the store wearing a jumpsuit, oversized sunglasses and Louis Vuitton sandals before jumping back in the people carrier to make the same distance back to the hotel.
