Car insurance company showcases greener driving at show

Car insurance companies have a vested interest in the future of 'greener' motoring and if you are going along to the British International Motor Show from 23rd July to 3rd August you should check out the Greener Driving Pavilion.

The Co-operative Insurance company has teamed up with the Department for Transport's Act On CO2 campaign to showcase a range of new environmental automotive technologies. The stand will include interactive displays, vehicle cutaways and simulators.

Drivers who visit The Greener Driving Pavilion can learn simple ways to make a positive difference to the environment and to their bank balance; and guidance will be available on the purchase of greener cars.

Visitors to the show could also be in with a chance of winning a Mazda2 supermini courtesy of The Co-operative insurance. The Mazda2 is now a full 100kg lighter than its predecessor and is now one of the most fuel efficient, environmentally friendly cars in its class.

And with a low car insurance grouping it's the perfect choice for those who want to save on their motor insurance - that's just about every single one of us, then.
