Most car accident claims made by IT professionals
People working in IT are likely to face issues when looking for cheap car insurance quotes following the release of a new study from a UK car insurer.
Research and evidence collated over three years has revealed that most vehicle accident claims have been made by the computer engineering professions.
Those drivers with the best claims record are farmers followed by aircraft fitters, store workers and paramedics the next best.
A spokesman at Churchill motor cover insurance company said, "Farmers have a lower claims frequency because they live and work in rural areas with less congestion."
IT workers, sales managers, chefs, students, doctors, estate agents, surveyors, hairdressers and social workers constitute the top ten claimants, all of whom may face problems obtaining the cheapest car insurance quotes.
