Motor insurance company praised for customer service and product quality
Drivers who get motor insurance quotes with Zurich Insurance are getting great service, two independent industry research groups have revealed.
Defaqto found the special Zurich Car Solutions policy to be so good they rated it as having five stars - the best rating available.
A motor insurance quote for a Car Solutions policy will cover a courtesy car, 24 hour roadside assistance from Green Flag and free security etching, as well as generous cover for personal possessions and replacement locks worth up to £350.
As well as praise from Defaqto, Zurich also received positive comments from analytical services firm Dunnhumby. Customer service at the online car insurance company was found to be very good and researchers called the firm 'a mature player in the market.'
