Equi=Media to work on online car insurance sites

Agency Equi=Media has been engaged by an online car insurance company to improve its websites' performance.

UK car insurance firm esure has appointed the web media specialists with the aim of persuading more website visitors to get online car insurance quotes. In turn, this will hopefully lead to better sales figures.

As well as esure.co.uk, Equi=Media will also be working on the site for women's car insurance brand Sheilas' Wheels, along with Sainsbury's Bank Car Insurance, Halifax Car Insurance and First Alternative.

A spokesperson for esure commented: "Most of our marketing communications drive consumers to our brands' websites. Therefore it is imperative that users have easy access to information and enjoy a positive brand experience.

"Equi=Media have a great understanding of customer journeys through offline and online channels and they were an obvious choice to make our websites and digital budgets work even harder for us."
