Switch insurers for cheaper vehicle cover deals say experts
For the cheapest car insurance, an expert in the vehicle cover industry has warned that failing to switch insurers could cost motorists dear.
Higher insurance bills are forecast for drivers who do not switch to different insurance companies, according to research by the AA, a leading UK motorists' organisation.
Drivers have been advised it is a false economy to stay loyal to the firm who supplied cover last year, or for the previous few years.
A spokeswoman at Gocompare.com said, "The best way to avoid the double-digit increases predicted by the AA is to stick your own double-digits up to your renewal quote."
So, for the cheapest car insurance, the spokeswoman advised motorists to shop around for a better deal.
