Online car insurance company outsources email marketing
Online car insurance company Swiftcover.com has announced that it is handing over its email marketing to Mailtrack, a digital advertising firm.
Swiftcover.com, which was launched in 2005, is well known for its slogan "click click not cluck cluck" and bases much of its marketing on promoting its quick motor insurance quotes.
However, from now on Mailtrack will be handling its monthly marketing initiative, in which customers are encouraged to renew their cheap car insurance online rather than over the phone.
Tina Shortle, Swiftcover.com's marketing director, said: "Email is a significant communications channel for Swiftcover.com and fits well with our digital offering. Mailtrack gives us the support we need to achieve our targets during 2007."
As well as prompting customers to get online car insurance, Mailtrack will also be responsible for planning, buying, delivery management and return on investment analysis.
